What Causes Severe Pain In Wrist While Bending It Back?

Hi! My left wrist hurts when I bend it back. I can also press on the middle of my wrist and it causes really bad pain. It hurts to push my self up with this hand even from sitting position. I have iced it used heat therapy as well as used absorbing Jr still no relief.

Thanks for your question. Pain in left hand along the wrist area can be relieved temporarily by heat therapy. But to get releif permanently get opinion from orthopedic to get final diagnosis and proper treatment.
