Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Severe Pain In Wrist While On Cymbalta?
The arthralgias associated with cymbalta us... What is the distribution of joints involved? I have moderately severe right wrist pain........but no other joint pain issues. No redness, heat or swelling of the right wrist. And no history of trauma or any new history of new repetitive movements for my right hand. I do have multiple myeloma...and from chemo, have developed severe neuropathies ...stocking, glove distribution...hence the script for cymbalta.
Hello, Cymbalta is not associated with arthralgia. It is rather used to treat arthralgia. Single joint is usually not drug induced anyhow. Please discuss this with your doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shubham Mehta, Psychiatrist
