What Causes Severe Pain On Left Side Of Head?

Hi. My Co worker had a severe and blinding headache for 48 hrs. She said it was on her left side of her head. Two days later her left ey is totally red and she said she had a hard time seeing out of it. I m worried about her. What do you think happened and should she have seen a doctor immediately?

CT head may be required as per severity of case.
The diagnosis can be only formed after the proper investigation.
Swelling in eye after headache is sign of some serious.

Over the counter medication may lead to some ill effect.
