What Causes Severe Pain On Lower Right Side Of Back?

Hi I have this pain in my lower back right side. I don t feel it much during the day, it is mostly at night while lying down. I get extreme pain. I originally thought it was due to exercises I recently had been doing, but it s continued over a week and maybe gotten worse.
