What Causes Severe Pain On Right Side Of Head Radiating To The Shoulder?
I have had a headache on my right side of my head I usally have migrains but this time its different I also have pain down my neck shoulder and down my shoulder blade it been going on for 6 day now and no kind of pain medication over the counter helps , the only thing that calms it down but does not completely take it away is my migraine pills, I went to a chiropractor yesterday he put a heating pad with sensors but didn t help .
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The most common cause of shoulder pain and neck pain is injury to the soft tissues, including the muscles, tendons, and ligaments within these structures. I suggest using an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest physical therapy and warm compresses for local application.
Hope my answer was helpful.
