What Causes Severe Pain On Right Side Of Lower Abdomen During Ovulation?

I have severe pain in lower abdomen, in right or left side,during ovulation time. I know it may be due to i am ovulating but it is extreme to the point that i can't walk or move.it feels something is wrong. I can't explain it to anyone.
I have normal menstrual cycle and no abnormal discharge.

yes .
it can be due to ovulation, this is usually due to the hormonal imbalance,& transformations during the ovulation.
do not worry regarding this , you can go for simple pain killers like brufen, mefenamic acid, or antispasmodics like buscopan( hyoscine).untill you have your regular periods do not worry.
if the symptoms of pain are too much, please take a suggestion from your gynaecologist, to rule out for ant possible cysts, sometimes progressing during ovulatory cycles.
