What Causes Severe Pain On The Head After Hitting?

Last tuesday i hit a guard rail with the front end of my car and hit the right side of my fourhead with steering wheel. Since than i have been having massive migrains, hard time staying asleep, i always feel tired and very drained, and lately i have been having this throbing pain only on the right side right where i hit my head. Should i go and have it looked at?

Yes definetly U should go and see neuro surgeon for this. PAin after a week needs evaluation. He might advised to undergo CT scan brain. It definitely needs attention.
