What Causes Severe Pain On The Left Side Of The Waist?
I ve been having a severe pain on my left side waist aRea for a couple of weeks. It started a couple m I nths ago but went away for a couple of weeks and is now back with a vengeance. Hurts when I walk or twist. Doesn t hurt unless I move. Any thoughts?

If you don't have any history of fall or trauma to same side then it might be due to nerve compression or lumbar vertebrae anomaly. Take some painkillers for relief if permanent relief not obtained then do visit orthopaedic doctor for investigation.
