Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have severe pain in my 2nd toe, when I am standing for even a matter of minutes. Sometimes the pain is almost unbearable. I do not have diabetes but do have lupus and some vascular problems, It is only my 2nd to on the left and the second toe on the right. The left side is worse by far. I am 58 years old. Once I have been standing and then try to walk and put more pressure on it is when I have the most pain. Can you help me? Thanks.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I would say that this could be nonspecific type of pain and may not be related with lupus but this can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, and no need to worry, if the symptom dose not improved then clinical examination is must, have a nice day.
