What Causes Severe Pain Over Gallbladder Region?

I have been having severe pain over the gallbladder region. I went to the emergency room two nights ago and the doctor was positive I was having a gall-attack. I had blood work, ultrasound, and a ct scan. All of which came back normal however my pain is in that one area, severe, and constantly. I am scheduled for a HIDA scan tomorrow, but i have an shellfish allergy that requires the use of an epi-pen when come into contact. Will this test bring me in contact with shellfish, as the iv contrast for a ct scan would?
