Hi,,,I have never asked a dr. online a question before. I am experiencing really bad sharp jabs near my liver and on the other side ,,,,in the middle right underneath my breast bone..I cannot sit..I do have fatty liver and no changes since 2013....But,,something is pretty bad. My name is Pat

I think you should check your gallbladder. Gallbladder stones or inflammation may be the cause. You should do an ultrasound and biochemical blood balance to clarify the diagnosis. Surgery is needed probably.
