What Causes Severe Pain Under The Breasts?

hello I have had a lot of pain just under my breasts and this has been going on for a couple of years now! I have had an ultra sound blood work an upper GI test and the Dr says they don t see anything. What could be cause this non stop pain? I lost both my parents to liver cancer so this scares me.

Hi,

No need to worry about the cancer. A cancer or lump can be easily detected in an ultrasound scan. Most probably it will be a non specific pain arising out of hormonal changes.

You can take drugs like Mefenemic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
