Hi, Dr. THE OTHER DAY I HAVE THIS SEVERE PAIN UNDER MY CHEST IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CHEST AND SPRED TO MY RIBS AND MY BACK THE PAIN LAST FOR LIKE 30 MIN AND WHEN IT WAS SLOWING DOWN MY ARMS START TO NUMB AND ALSO MY NECK AND PART OF MY FACE, WHAT IT CAN BE ??

It does sound like angina aka the heart pain. You should get a troponin T, an ECG and electrolytes to rule out the same.
