What Causes Severe Pain Under The Rib Cage After Appendectomy?

I had an emergency appendectomy last Wednesday. Yesterday I started having pain under my right rib cage. Hurts to take a deep breath in and move around. I don t go back to the doctor until next Friday. Should I go tomorrow anyway? What could this be?

Post-Laparoscopic Appedectomy Diphragmatic Pain due to insuflated Co-2 gas,causing stretching from insuflated Gas while keeping away abdominal walls.This is sometimes accompanied by Shoulder pain from phrenic irritation from stretching.
