Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are having PID( pelvic inflammatory disease). There is inflammation and fluid collection on your pelvis and it compress your urinary bladder and rectum. That’s why you are experiencing pain while urination and passing stool. Consult a gynaecologist and start antibiotics. Nothing much to worry as it will respond with antibiotics.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
