Hello and welcome to HCM, Your history suggests that you are suffering from urethral problem. Passage of blood in urine raises suspicion of bladder cancer. However, the possibility of bladder cancer has been ruled out normal cystoscopy and normal biopsy finding. As you have mentioned that there is some abnormality of the urethra, the urethral problem has to be managed by medical and surgical measures. A stiff urethra can be relaxed by use of muscle relaxants. You need to be in touch with your urologist for definitive management of the rare condition..
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
