What Causes Severe Pain While Urinating?

I am a female and I'm having painful urination. I dont have sex at least havent had sex in the past 8months.
I masterbate probably once every other week or 3 weeks.
The painful urination started this evening.i feel like urinating and the minute I get in the bathroom and I begin to flow out it hurts. I have also been urinating rather often tonight ,what could it be?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to urinary tract infection, stone in kidney, pelvic inflammtory disease
I would suggest to consult your physician and undergo urine tests to rule out infection, USG scan if needed.
Following treatment will help you:
Tablet septran DS
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital, 10-15 ml in half glass of water, three times a day
Drink plenty if water 3-4 Litre per day
Drink fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely
