What Causes Severe Painful Sores On Scalp, Face, Arms, Hands And Legs?

Hi I have had a terrible sore on my scalp for over 3 years & now I have them in my face arms,hands & legs I scratch my legs in my sleep and the amount if blood that can come from a small sore is quite frightening. They are very painfull & seem to come & go,I have been left with some very dark scars? Can u plz help?

Take tablet Claritin two times a day. Stop using scented soaps and shampoos. Start Stieprox shampoo, and take shower with Oatmeal Milk and Honey body wash.
