What Causes Severe Pains In The Hips And Legs?

Hi, I have been having severe pains in my hips, especially the right one, and my legs. I injured my right femur about three years ago--sometimes it just gives out completely, and I fall. It s a sharp, stabbing pain.It keeps me up all night.I have IBS , and abdominal pain on both sides. My midsection feels like I am being bisected. Any information would be most appreciated.

Most likely due to nerve compression at the lumbar or sacral nerve roots leve. MRI of the lower spine will reveal all the details for further management in details.
