What Causes Severe Pelvic Area Pain With Flatulence And Green Bowel Movement?
For some weeks i have been having some trouble going to toiletwhen i want to pass out gas,i get this severe pelvic area pain,it hurts to urinate or poop,and when i finally get to do my thing i found out that my stool colour is stringy and green,i have also been having this discharge the looks and smells like the one after my periods.what could be the cause? Pls help me

For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and performing some tests: - A pelvic ultrasound - Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation - A vaginal discharge bacterial culture - Tests for specific vaginal infections - A stool bacterial culture
