What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain And Vaginal Spotting After Having Periods?

Hello i m experiencing a lot of pelvic pain with spotting. it hurts when im laying down or standing up i was also spotting today but i just had my period about 2 weeks ago. so i wanna know if i could be having an early miscarriage or maybe something else.

Welcome to hcm,
Pain could be because of many reasons like ovulation as you had periods 2 weeks back. There are chances of threatened abortion also, get urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. Other causes include urinary tract infection, renal or uretric calculi, twisted ovarian cyst etc..I advise you to take antispasmodics if the pain doesn't subside or if it's worse then get ultrasound done.
