What Causes Severe, Persistent Pain In Arms?

For four months now i have had pain (severe) in my humerus on both sides. It hurts so deeply that i m not sure if it is muscle or bone. It is difficult to raise my arms.. there is tremendous pain. I am a 46 year old female. no chronic diseases, or conditions. i take a mild water pill for blood pressure and concerta 36 mg for adult ADD

hi,
the pain you say could be because of cervical spondylosis..
what is the pain like is it burning type?
i would advise you to get one x ray of neck and neurosurgeon consultation..
if it is a milder form medications with physiotheraphy and collar would suffice..
