Hello. How are you? Today I skipped eating lunch,all I ate was some chips. This evening I began to shake, perspire more than usual, felt weak and I had to stop what I was doing and sit down. Also had heart palpitations. I have not been diagnosed as having diabetes although my last check up my glucose was elevated a little above normal.I have never had this happen before. I wondered if maybe my blood sugar had.dropped.so I decided to eat something sweet. In about fifteen minutes I felt better and warmed up some dinner. Any thoughts on what may be going on?
