What Causes Severe Pressure And Pain In Genital Area?

Hi I m having pains that feel like early stages of labour and pressure in my lady parts. It literally feels like I m in labour but I m not pregnant. I have not long had my period so I know it s not that either and is too early for any ovulation pain aswell so I have absolutely no idea what is wrong. The pains started a few days ago and are happening every day. When it hits I can hardly do anything at all I have to go on all 4 and rock around it also goes round to the bottom of my back aswell. Please does anyone know what it could be?
