What Causes Severe Pressure Behind The Eyes?

Pressure behind eye causing vision to be strained or even feel cross-eyed yet eyes are not - could it be a migraine - without the general migraine symptoms?? With quick movement to the head is also noticed when vision gets strained. Started more than 24 hours ago.....

first of all you should check up your eye for refrection, glucoma, and fundoscopy to rule out any eye problem. migrain is less likebut can't be ignored.
