What Causes Severe Pressure Sensation In The Chest?

My daughter is 18. At 4:30 she got sick to her stomach but didn t vomit. She said her throats felt closed up but it was not her airway. She feels like a weight is on her chest. But no pain down her arms or lower back. I gave her a tums but it has not eased

Hi,

The symptoms can be related to acid reflux.
I suggest you to give to your daughter antacids.I also suggest to avoid spicy and fried foods which can trigger the symptoms.
