What Causes Severe Rectal Pain?
I have had SEVERE ectal pain for over 6 years now, non stop with the exception of sleeptime, I take Lunesta 3 mg. Seroquel and valium, but as soon as I wake up, POW!. here comes the PAIN. Have had ALL the tests known to man and nobody can find a cause. Any ideas?

Pain that would only come on when you are awake may have a psychological componennt to it. With all tests being negative, I will suggest that your doctors consider the possibility of evaluating and managing this as a somatoform pain disorder. Ask your doctors about this and hear what their thoughs are.
