What Causes Severe Rectal Pain?

Hello, sir I m from China , original from India, as I have language problem here not easy to explain & discuss my problems with doctors, From last three days I m not feel well because of my latrine , normally I m use to one time every morning for latrine& very easy fresh fell. But suddenly my body parts (latrine place ) unbelievable start pain & I have visit here government hospital morning time & they give me madicine 3 times per day for 6 days & tube to apply every night before sleeping., as I have so much pain & very difficult to walk & feel weeknes.came back to home I have taken medicine first tim also apply tube, in few minutes I was sleep for 2 hours, but when I wake up feel much batter , after 6 days my medicine course complete & I was go for buss travelling other country,Now I have two problem , 1) again start same pain day time & I feel weeknes , if I m outside I will take rest for few minutes .but not feel well, because of my medicine is over ,so I m apply again tube & try to take bad rest for few hours, after wake up again feel little normal ( wt is the reason about this pain ) how to solve pls advice 2) from last three days my latrine not coming normal as always ,so please advice for both problems , ( not coming blood during latrine) I hope u can solve my problem & pls feed back as soon as possible.Thx to all
