Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 73 year old mother fell off her horse a few months back and has since been diagnosed with sciatica due to the trauma of falling. She is seeing a chiropractor and has been to the PT but she has found no relief. Anything at home that she can do to help. She has a stair climber (bowflex trainer) but not sure if that would help or hurt her in the long run.
