What Causes Severe Shoulder And Abdominal Pain Along With Bright Yellow Urine?
I have been violently sick for 2days and have severe stomach and shoulder pain and my wee is bright yellow I have been scanned and they said it s not gallstones I m waiting to see a specialist but I feel so ill I m at a loss to know what to do. What do you think it is?

Regarding your symptoms of shoulder and abdominal pain with associated yellowish urination I am suggesting you are gradually developing a condition called hepatitis
In view of ultrasound done to rule out gallbladder you can go for rescan to check the status of the liver as well as a lab test for liver function test
Meanwhile please see your physician with the result for further clinical assessment and drug treatment
