I have a bad sinus infection...and today I noticed when I had a coughing fit...I started spotting....I already had my menstrual cycle on Mar 2 so I m not due for next period for a while and I m not pregnant...so scared as to why the spotting may have occured

Regarding your sinus infection and and vaginal spotting I am suggesting that both conditions are independent but severe cough present will cause a pelvic pressure damaging some blood supply to the uterus
