What Causes Severe Sore Throat And Heat Rashes Below The Bustline?

I started with a sore throat Sunday night, it is pretty much gone as of today, but, I have something that looks like a heat rash just below my bust line. It does not itch or hurt. Is this something I need to see a doctor for or should it just go away on its own?

I would say is symptoms are compatible with a viral infection. If it doesn't go worst, you should be safe. If you start experiencing fever then you should contact your MD
