What Causes Severe Spasms And Abdominal Cramps With Excessive Sweating?
hi i am having very bad spasms and abdominal cramps, not pregnant! it makes me sweat profusely and my temperature dropped from an onset of 98.6 to 96.2 in abpproximately 30 minutes, and i have been having a bowel movement for probably just as long on and off. no blood, but have had blood in the past. these episodes make me sweat, i can barely speak when in one, and drops my temperature along with the unbearable pain. I took a hyoscamine under my tongue which sometimes helps with the severity but lately has not been doing anything? my liver funtions are sometimes elevated and other times completely normal for no apparent reason! I am trying to understand what is going on! any thoughts?

This type of sudden spasms with abdominal cramps and sweating could be related to acute choleycystitis or bilateral kidney stones or pelvic inflammatory disease but it must be evaluated further by clinical examination of abdomen and various tests.
You should undergo routine blood investigations with x- ray abdomen and ultrasound abdomen first to make a confirm diagnosis.
Treatment will be based on underlying cause but you can take symptomatic treatment till that like over the counter pain killers with antispasmodics (tablet cyclopam) with antacids (pantoprazole) and anti-emetics (ondasetron).
Consult physician or gastroenterologist immediately for further advise.
