What Causes Severe Stomach Ache Along With Vomiting And Bloody Diarrhea?

My 13 year old daughter has been having sever stomach pain, vomiting, and bloody diarrhea. The stomach pain has been going on a few months. We thought it might be the start of her period but was not the case. Over the last week she has been complaining more frequently. There has been several puking episodes and some blood in her stool/diarrhea. We took her to the dr yesterday and they did a ct scan. They said her organs and white blood cell count was normal. Also stated that her lymphnoids we a little swollen. They thought it could be a possible virus. Since yesterday about 5:00pm she has slept, got up at 7:00am went to school, home at 3:00pm, and asleep since. Any ideas?

Hello,

It may be due to gastroenteritis.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after physician consultation.

You can take tablet loperamide.

Keep your self hydrated. Continue oral rehydration solution.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
