What Causes Severe Stomach Cramps And Vomiting?

My daughter is 15. Right now she is having severe stomach cramps and. She was nauseous some of the day yesterday after School. Not sure if this could be a stomach bug right now. But most mornings she gets up before school and Vomits. This before school has been on going for a year now.
