Hi welcome to HCM.... You are having fever with diarrhea .... So antibiotic should be started for that ... Take ciprofloxacin 500 mg bd for five days ..... Maintain hydration with lots of fluid ..... Fruit juice taken more ..... Take along with that vizylac tablet to replenish lost bacteria .... If no improvement investigate with ...... 1.Stool examination 2.USG abdomen 3.Widal test for typhoid 4.Stool culture (only if needed ) If stool shows eggs of ameba than metronidazole tablet needed .... If hookworm Or round worm present than albendazole needed .... Take rest for few days .... If still no cause clear than colonoscopy like investigation needed ... Take care ... Advise : consult physician for that ....
