What Causes Severe Stomach Cramps, Fatigue, Back Pain And Nausea?

Im having severe stomach cramps. I was able to go the bathroom last night but had trouble. Today the cramps are bad, not able to go the bathroom. Im passing some gas but not much and when I do its painful. I have a slight fever, back pain, nauseated, headache, fatigue and no desire to eat. Is this viral or sound more like an obstruction? Thanks!

For severe stomach cramps and back pain you can take meftal-spaz or akilos-p along with rekool-d or pantop-dsr empty stomach for nausea and vomiting. Do apply volini or powergesic gel for local application to relieve back pain. Along with these take some multivitamins for fatigue and weakness.
