What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Constipation, Stomach Swelling And Fatigue?

I have been experiencing severe stomach pain, constipation, stomach swelling,fatigue, weight loss, and loss of appetite and lower back pain and just start my period 15 days early. Also having severe headaches only on the left side and they are daily. I had a tubal ligation November 2011. I do have lupus and hemophilia. I have also been treated for cervical cancer but I ve never had symptoms like though, also I have never had a STD. In April my period started 8 days early, May it was normal and now its 15 days early.

Consult a Gastroentrologist to go for a Colonoscopy and to rule out any physical obstruction tp bowel movements or any mass lesion inside the intestines. If ruled out as no obstruction out there, you may start syrup Lactulose 4TSF at night. Fiberall with lot of water will help form stools softner and bulkier.



For irregular Periods consult a Gynaecologist to rule out the cause. It may also be due to anxiety, depression and medications.
