What Causes Severe Stomachache Along With Body Ache And Sore Throat?

I am a 49 year old woman. I teach 1st grade. I have a strange health situation. I had pancreatic cancer 10 years ago. I also have chronic lyme diseaase. I m used to dealing with severe abdominal pain. I m also used to having sporadic 48 hour full body aches. I take advil for both. Now I m a little concerned because I have had a sore throat for the last few days along with facial swelling and a rough rash on my face. I ve never had issues with facial swelling before. Now I see 2 red spots have appeared on my arm. I know I sound crazy, but I just don t what is going on. I am not a hypochondriac. After everything I went through with cancer, I get upset at the thought of going to a doctor. So, I usually just deal with stuff on my own. My husband insisted that I go to a health clinic this morning and the doctor said it s probably seasonal allergies. I ve always had seasonal allergies, but I ve never had facial rash and swelling. I take zyrtec daily. I am not on any prescription medications. Any ideas?
