Hi, I m a 25 years old male. I used to sweat a lot ever since I was a kid. Recently the area below my testicles is sweating a lot. At night the sweat accumulates and itches a lot. There is no rash or discolouration on the skin and nor does it emit any bad smell. I have not had any sexual intercourse and I regularly trim down there to prevent sweat and smell. I have been using abzorb clotrimazole dusting powder but the powder is absorbed after a few minutes and does not last long. There is no itching or discomfort when the area is dry. It itches only when sweat accumulates. I have used boxer and briefs to allow air to circulate but sweat accumulates soon enough and it itches.
