i have had severe swelling and pain in my left neck have had mri of neck t spine and lumber spine as well as ultrasoumd of thyroid and soft tissue of the neck the results that show on the paper mentions slight reversal of the normal cervical lordosis in the setting of the moferate cervical spondylosis there is intervertebral disc space narrowing with disc desiccation and posterior disc osteophyte complex formation at c3-4 c4-5 c5-6grade 1 and grade2 of degeneration also there is retrolistehsis of the c5-6 a left parasagittal disc osteophyte complex moderate in size also there is moderate left parasagittal and lateral disc osteophyte complex which extends into the left foramen there is mild right foramenstenosis secondary to uncovertebral degeneration severe left foraminal stenosis secondary to a combination of leftward lateralization of the disc osteophyte complex coupled with uncoverebral degeneration. I have seen my family dr said I had mild bells palsy or mild stroke she put me on steroids and antibiotics got no better so sent to ortho dr she said have bulged disc and pinched nerve took me out of work, sent me to pain dr and got injections of cortisone in neck did not help so then sent me to neurosurgeon and he said did not think surgery would help so is sending me to rheumatologist dr app is in 3 weeks, my family dr just did a ultrasound of neck and soft tissue and found I have multiple lymp nodes said will try to fix with a z pack . my concern is I have seen several dr due to the pain and swelling in my neck and all I have been able to find out is we see you are swollen but not sure what is going on I am tired of being passed from dr to dr with really no definitive answers. anything you can help me with?
