What Causes Severe Swelling Around The Scrotum?
Hi, I had a swelling around my scotrum for the last 3 years. It continued to grow bigger and at first I thought is was one of those blind pimples. Just the other day it broke. It need release some pimples but came after was schocking. It was some form of growth and is still attached to the scotrum. Looks like dead cells. I have yet to visit my GP. The growth is painless. I am concerned

I do understand your pain and discomforts
As per your clinical history is concerned it might be a growth[epidermoid cyst] which is not cancerous so consult with any surgical doctor to do a physical examination and remove it and also do a pathological examination of the tissue as it is painless.
