What Causes Severe Swelling In Forehead After An Injury?

Hi doctor, My husband hit unknowingly his forehead in glass door.It hit him severely the swelling reduced an applying the ice packs,It has been a month now ,but still there is a medium size dent visible in his forhead .If we rub that with our hands it usually bulges.Is there a problem to need to visit a doctor?

Take a x ray of forhead region so any problem can detected.

According to your complain it may be blood accumlation hematoma .
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
MRI is helpful for further diagnosis.
