For several weeks I ve had severe swelling in my legs, ankles and feet. So bad you can actually watch as they swell up. My legs feel restless sometimes. My skin feels so right it s uncomfortable to stretch my feet out. I have always had a problem with my feet falling asleep and it s extremely painful when they wake back up. I drink about half of the water I probably should be. Although the it is the only thing I really drink outside of one can of diet Pepsi. I probably take in too much salt. I spend a lot of time in my car driving or sitting at my desk. I used to have a very physical job but three yes ago I took on a new job that was less physically demanding. About two months ago I spent four hrs on my knees pulling weeds and since then I can even began to describe how painful it is to rest on my knees. Can you help?
