Hello, I have a friend who has made a poor decision like many at some point in our lives. He recently decided to try cocaine on different occasions. He says he has only used it three times in his life and won t be doing it again. He noticed this time that after one night of a few use his feet and ankles have been very swollen by the end of the day. It has been three days and he has been on his feet a lot but that is not abnormal for him to be on his feet and Has never had a swelling issue before. Could this be from the cocaine use? He doesn t want to tell Dr for obvious reasons but I have concerns that he may be delaying getting something checked out that could end up being really bad. I don t know anything about this stuff but I have friends who are nurses and have heard horror stories about people having heart attacks from drug abuse. Just trying to decide if I m over reacting as he says or if I should be pushing him harder to seek medical attention. Please advise if you can! Thank you
