What Causes Severe Syncope In A Type 2 Diabetic Patient?

I have type 2 diabetes. Why do I find myself passing out for several hours at a time only to wake up and have no sense of time or place and I don t dare stand as I would fall if I do so now I know my glucose stays between 400 and has gotten as high as 635

hi..its because of such high blood glucose level..
it must be in normal range..increase doses of insulin right now. high glucose will lead to ketoacodotic coma or syncope like state.
consult your treating doctor for same.
