Hi dear,

Thanks for choosing HCM.

Usually there are different causes of breast pain, you haven't included your age here, if you are in puberty age that could be a cause, because your breast tissue is growing and pain can occur at this time.

However according to the symptoms you mentioned above and after looking at your history, I suspect you have Noncyclic Mastalgia. There are two types of Mastalgia which are cyclic mastalgia (it happens during menstrual cycle time) and non cyclic Mastalgia (occurs at any time and not necessarily during your menstruation period).
Mastlagia is a dull ache, pain, sometimes tenderness, in one or both of the breasts. Don’t worry It's not cancerous.

I recommend you to visit a Doctor to be checked. The doctor will do physical examinations by touching your breast and seeing if there is any sign of lumps, he might order breast mammogram to see if you could be having fibroid adenoma (non cancerous lumps in the breast) or cysts.
The doctor might run other tests to see if you have infection or a very rare disease known as Tietze Syndrome that occurs on ribs.

Treatments will be based on the results seen by the Doctor.

In the meantime, I suggest you to take Ibuprofen 500mg 3 times a day. or another option is to buy over the counter ibuprofen gel and apply directly on your breast area whenever you feel pain. please avoid applying the gel if you have broken skin on your breast.

You should also reduce fat containing food such as cheese, crisps etc instead eat more fruits, reduce coffee intake. You will be just fine, follow my guidance and don't panic.

I hope this helped,

don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions

Wish you all the best
