What Causes Severe Thirst, Frequent Urination And Blurry Vision?

40 yr old male 5 ft 8 330pds recently dropped 8 pds and sever leg swelling is going down... Now i have severe thirst, need to urinate up to 2x hourly vision is blurry sometimes near but mostly 24 ft or so.. only other issue is a shrinkage of penis... figured that was weight related so i started really focusing on weight loss

Hello,

I think the excess thirst and diuresis may be related to possible diabetes. You may need to test glucose levels fasting and postprandial and HbA1c.
