What Causes Severe Tiredness Along With Arthritis In Shoulders And Arms?
I am 63 years old, and in fairly good condition, and the beginning of arthritis in my shoulders and arms. I have been experiencing severe tiredness in the afternoons, and take several quick naps in the evenings. The severe tiredness is new and started about a month ago. I take a 50 + vit. and my most recent health screening (less a month ago) showed no concerns with all levels at or below normal numbers. Any ideas what may be causing the tiredness and how to correct? Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion it may not be anything wrong but it could be some endocrine dysfunction and diabetes need to be ruled out, try some exercise, yoga and meditation, stay away from anxiety and depression, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
