What Causes Severe Vagainal Bleeding After Childbirth?

After having delivery in January my bleeding continue for a month and then it stopped for 2days and then again it started very heavyily.theni started taking neothesterone tablet of 10 mg twice a day for 21 days .after completed 21 days the periods start after 2 days and again flow is very heavy.my endometrium is also very thick .what should I do

After child birth, some injury may happen in the uterus wall and placenta fluid will be discharged for a few weeks.
